"Frustrating cancellation experience"
I tried to cancel my order not long after placing it, it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I was already in a annoyed mood at the time, and the slow replies didn’t help. It took a while to get any clear answer, and it kind of felt like nobody really wanted to deal with it. The parts might be fine, but the cancellation process left a bad taste for me. I won’t be ordering from kia again.

"Pretty quick shipping, just tracking was little slow"
I ordered a couple parts from kia.parts and overall had good experience. Shipping was faster than I expected, and I got tracking email the next day, which was nice. The box showed up in about 4 days, and everything was packed fine. No damage and nothing was missing. Only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because the tracking didn’t update much at first, so I wasn’t really sure where package was. But it still got here quick, so I’m happy with it.

"Not Really the Best Deal"
I looked on Kia Parts for a few things for my car, the prices were kinda higher than I expected. Some of the same parts were about the same price or even cheaper on other sites once shipping was included. The site itself was easy to use, but I just didn’t feel like I was getting that great of a deal. I probably won’t check there first next time

"Customer service was just okay"
Customer service did get back to me, but it didn’t really help about as much as I hoped. I had to ask the same question around two times and still wasn’t totally sure about the part. They weren’t rude or anything, just not very helpful, and it took longer than I expected

"Said It Would Fit, But It Didn’t"
I ordered this because it said the part would fit my setup, but it didn’t work at all. Frustrating, especially since it felt like my issue was brushed off instead of actually being taken seriously.

"I ordered a small trim piece…"
I ordered a small trim piece and the description was literally accurate. The photos helped a lot too, and it ended up fitting my Kia just fine. My only small complaint is that I wish there had been a bit more detail about the clips.

"Tracking was spot on"
Ordered a part and the tracking was actually accurate the whole time. It updated when it moved and showed up on the day it said it would. Nice not having to guess.

I’ve been waiting way too long for my refund, and I’m getting fed up. I’ve already explained the situation more than once, so having to keep repeating myself while nothing really moves forward is just frustrating. Not a great experience.

"Part lookup was more frustrating than I expected"
I was just trying to find a simple Kia part, but the lookup ended up being way more confusing than it needed to be. The categories weren’t very clear, so I kept clicking around, backing out, and trying again, which got old fast.
Maybe it’s easier if you already have the exact part number, but I didn’t, so it took longer than it should have and I still wasn’t totally sure I found the right thing. I also never got any follow-up or guidance after that, which made the whole experience feel even more frustrating.

"Never heard back"
I reached out to the dealer and expected at least a quick call back, but no one ever got in touch. Kinda frustrating when you're actually interested and then just get left hanging. Not a great expereince.

I was sent the wrong item at first, which was a little annoying, but customer support was easy to deal with and sent me the correct one. Overall, I’d say it ended up being a decent experience since they made it right.

The parts were definitely cheaper than going through the dealer, but the shipping cost kind of took away from the savings. That said, it’s not even about that as much as just being able to find what I needed and get it ordered without a hassle. Overall, it worked out okay.

"Good refund, but stock info wasn’t quite right"
I ordered a couple of Kia Parts parts last week because the site showed both of them as in stock. The first one shipped out quickly, which was great, but after a few days I found out the other part wasn’t actually available even though it had looked like it was. Customer service did refund me without any hassle, so I can’t really complain about that part. It was just a little frustrating waiting around for updates. I’d probably use them again down the road, but next time I’d double check the stock first before ordering.

The site was okay. It worked, but it was not super smooth. Search helped sometimes. Other times I had to click around a lot to find the right part. Pages loaded fine. It just felt a little clunky overall.
